Most people are never taught how beautiful their individual self is. They are only taught what others think the way things should be that are subject to the same problems. They aren't taught to dream better or to achieve their dreams. This blog is to teach this very thing.
Health
Mental and physical health go hand in hand. Stress is the number one cause of illness. Stress can be cognitive, emotional and physical. People stress as the result of failure and respond to mental, emotional and physical demands. People stress as combination of actual and imaginable situations. The only thing that is causing the stress is you. Most people don't know how to handle it so they result to cigarettes or alcohol. This isn't a good way to handle stress. It's double bad for you. Not only is the stress affecting your body, but the cigarettes and alcohol do too.
There is no such thing as "why do bad things happen to good people" the Universe is going to through all opportunities at you. They will be positive and negative. It's just a matter of how you think about it. When something bad happens it then becomes past, now you're left with two options. Stress on it or make it better. It is hard at first to not stress about things, but it's something that can be achieved. Rather than focusing on the negative aspects and worry about it, you can focus and work on making it positive.
There will be bad things that will happen that you cannot fix. If you cannot fix it, do not worry about it. You will be stuck in it if you do. When I worked as a retail manager, our inventory control was just horrid. Some of my best workers had to take time off work because of their stress levels. I on the other hand when I went in to work I was aware of the problems that I had to deal with. So instead of just using my imagination and focus on the problem I thought about the positivity and how to make it better. I didn't worry about it I figured out what needed to be done to make it better and I did it.
To help with good mental health and positive thinking. Eat healthy foods and exercise. A good boost in confidence will definitely change the way you think about things and how to handle them. The nutrition in the food is just as important for the brain as it is for the rest of the body. To maintain good physical health you need to have good mental health as well, along with proper exercise and nutrition.
When you gain weight it is nothing but just an off balance of calories consumed and calories burned. Eating is another popular way to handle stress. If you read the emotions page then you could also understand that there are peptides created based on emotions that when they lock into a cell you have the desire to eat. It's not genetics just the way of thinking can change your metabolism and affect weight gain and loss.
There are no diet systems on the market worth getting. Pills don't work. They could potentially help you lose weight but if you don't change your habits and your way of thinking. You won't change your metabolism and you'll still consume the same foods. When you're done with the pills you will gain weight again. On top of that weight loss pills have side effects. The side effects from the pills could affect you worse than just being in bad shape.
Other diet systems like Atkins are no good either. It suggests you cut out carbohydrates, but carbs are essential for energy. Carbohydrates are also the backbone of RNA. You need to eat healthy carbs, such as fruits and grains. The thought of just eating less fat is pointless as well. The calories in the meal are accumulated from fat and carbohydrates. Rather than thinking of eating less fat or carbs just think of eating less calories.
When you consume calories but don't burn them. The left over calories will be stored in fat cells, so it can be used for later. When you're exercising, you will burn your first 3 minutes of energy, then target sugars in the blood that have not been processed with insulin. After burning about 400 calories, your body will start to burn pure fat. You have to get to the point for the body to start using the stored calories for energy. When you get tired from exercising it is because you're switching energy sources. Once you can push through the first couple phases you don't start to feel as tired, well, tired but you have energy to keep going.
One thing that does work is eating less. Most of us eat until we're full. We're only suppose to eat until we aren't hungry anymore. So the current general size in meals affects a lot as well. Consume mostly fruits and vegetables, grains and a few servings of dairy and meat. One meat serving should only be the size of your palm. You also need to exercise everyday!
