Happiness

Happiness is something we want to obtain. If you agree with the first sentence then that is completely wrong. If you expect to become happy from gaining something of personal desire. Then that does nothing but leave opportunity for despair for when you lose it. Happiness is a state of mind. You have to think happy.

You cannot fake happiness or a positive state of mind. You need to truly believe in it and yourself. Happiness is an emotional tool used to get what you want. If you constantly think you need this or that to be happy then you will continue to think that way. Therefore, you may never be truly happy. However, there are things you can obtain to enhance your happiness. I am very happy but there's still desire for things that I want.

If you're on a quest for true happiness. Read Our Self-image page and dreams and goals. The Universe will throw all opportunities at you both positive and negative. It just seems that negativity affects us more so we tend to focus on it more. When something negative happens, think more positive about it. Don't focus on the negativity it will just make you worry and stress. The best thing to do is focus on the positive outcome, and work towards it. If it's something negative that you cannot fix then there is no point worry about it. It is what it is and it will always be that way, move on.

Read the page Dreams & Goals. When you truly know what you want, and you work towards it and start achieving it then you will be happy. But like I said it is a state of mind. A way of thinking. You just need to be happy. No one can make you happy but you. Only you know what you want, don't give up and fight for your dreams and goals.

Relationships, are tough. We have a conditioning of emotions that we are in love with. Rather than the person. Look back at your past relationships, and this is the case where you should focus on the negativity but only in a way that you understand that this isn't want you want again. Know what type of relationship you truly want rather than what you're used to.
